1.Before starting the machine each day, print a nozzle test to ensure the printhead is in good condition. If ink breaks appear, perform a purge and then wipe the printhead surface with a non-woven fabric.
2.Use good-quality UV ink. Poor-quality UV ink tends to sediment and cure easily, which can readily clog the printhead.
3.Regularly clean the ink path, ink tubes, ink cartridges, and filters.
4.When the equipment will not be used for an extended period, ensure proper moisturizing maintenance. If the machine will not be used for two to three days, simply keeping the printhead surface moist is sufficient. For a short holiday of 7 to 10 days, the ink path should be emptied — it is best to completely empty all ink from the secondary ink cartridges, and then inject moisturizing fluid into the printheads.

Room temp: Below 15°C? Heat room to 20–28°C, hold for a few hours.

Check: No moisture, cables fine, wipe off dust.

Flush: Open valve, push out old fluid – about a half to one cup.

Refill: Load ink as usual, make sure printhead is full.

Test: Run 1–2 auto cleans, print nozzle test. No missing lines? You're ready.
