First, printhead issues. If the printhead voltage is too high, the ejected ink droplets will have excessive force. When they hit the product surface, they will scattered, causing ink misting. The solution is to reduce the printhead voltage. If the printhead has been used for a long time and has clogging or deflected jets, this can also cause ink misting. In this case, you need to flush the printhead or replace it with a new one. If the distance between the printhead and the printing medium is too great, this can also cause ink misting. You need to control the distance between them and keep the printhead as close to the printing material as possible.
Second, material issues. For example, acrylic materials tend to have high surface static electricity. In this case, you need to install static elimination devices on the equipment and apply anti-static liquid to the material surface.
Third, ink and waveform issues. If the ink has deteriorated or has not been used for a long time, this can also cause ink misting. If the ink is normal but does not have a matching waveform, this can also cause ink misting. In such cases, you need to replace the ink with a good one and create a matching waveform.
