First, clean and seal the printhead. Use a specialized cleaning solution to flush the printhead thoroughly, remove all residual ink, apply moisturizing fluid, and then seal it tightly with a sealing cap to prevent the printhead from drying out and clogging.
Second, maintain the ink system. Close the ink supply valve, empty any residual ink from the ink lines, and tightly seal the ink bottles for storage to prevent evaporation and sedimentation.
Third, clean the key components. Wipe away ink stains and dust from the guide rails, encoder strip, and printhead carriage. Apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the guide rails for protection.
Fourth, control the storage environment. Keep the machine room dry and well-ventilated, with the temperature controlled between 8–30°C, to avoid damage to components from humidity and low temperatures.
Fifth, power off and protect against dust. Turn off the main power supply, unplug the machine, and cover the entire unit with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering the interior.
Sixth, perform a startup inspection. First, confirm that the printhead seal is intact, then flush the ink lines with cleaning solution. After powering on and running a test with no abnormalities, normal printing can resume.
